Interview with KROFtools CEO: Pós-Venda Magazine


In the 76th edition of the magazine “Pós-Venda”, a Portuguese magazine with emphasis on the automotive segment, has an interview with KrofTools CEO, José Bárbara, highlighted in the chapter “Personality”. An interview about the company, evolution, and the future.

It had been several times that KROFtools had been mentioned in the magazine “Pós-Venda”, not only for the novelties of new products, such as the transport of adblue and the manual hydraulic pump, but also for the presence on Youtube and the new website features . This time, the highlight went to the cover with José Barbara.

The interview highlights the after-sales service, the commitment to marketing, the constante shared information between company-client and also the strict quality control of products.  On quality and manufacture , José Barbara states that the selection of suppliers follows a rigorous quality process making possible to ensure that the products are manufactured with the highest quality standards that market recognizes and requires.

One of the novelties given in the interview is the new KrofTools warehouse, with the inauguration scheduled for 2023, with the aim of “strengthening the stock capacity” of the more than 3000 references in the catalog giving us to have a more effective response to the market”.

In relation to the Portuguese José Barbara highlights the more than 200 distributors in Portugal that guarantee Kroftools an almost total coverage of the national territory and the high levels of final consumer assistance. One of the short-term strategies is to further strengthen this relationship. The CEO of Kroftools considers that the growth and notoriety of the brand would not have been possible without this fundamental connection with its network of distributors.

Always in search of innovative products José Barbara highlights, however, its best sales products are the manual tools, tool cabinets and lifters, that will continue to be

highlighted in 2023.

On the international market, the KROFtools  CEO strengthened the growth in the Spanish market and the ambition to implement and consolidate the brand in other markets such as Finland, Germany, the United States and France, where the number of distributors has been increasing sustainably.
