January Newsletter: Hold onto your hats – are on the move

It feels like only yesterday that we were offering festive salutations to you all. Typically, Christmas and New Year went by in a flash and – boosh! – before you knew it, the office chatter had already turned to Easter.

Speaking of the office, we’re excited to say that Klevio’s London team are soon to be upping sticks and moving to sparkly new premises. We’ve loved our time at Second Home – an uber-funky co-working space in the heart of Shoreditch – but with our cohort getting ever larger, we simply need to upsize.

But we’re not going far. Just across the street, in fact. The new pad will be a fair bit roomier and our installer Jack will even have his own dedicated ‘soldering corner’. Although we can’t deny we’re mainly chuffed to be close enough to keep indulging in the lunchtime temptations of Brick Lane and Spitalfields Market.

Anyway, we’ll show you some pics once we’ve got our feet under the desk. Suffice to say, for us it was love at first swipe…

Introducing The Klevio Academy series

Since we were last in touch, we’ve also launched a new video series called The Klevio Academy, in which Jack demonstrates how specific technical features of Klevio work and the role they play in the entire Klevio ecosystem.

We’re open to suggestion as to what aspects of Klevio we cover in future episodes, so if there’s anything you’d like to learn more about, let us know. In the meantime, you can view the first episode below, which talks about electric strikes…

Event Horizon

UKAA Innovation Show
Last year ended with a glut of trade fairs, consumer expos and other events of interest to the Klevio team – and 2019 is set to continue in a similar fashion. First up is the UKAA Innovation Show at the London Business Design Centre on 7 February,which brings together people from across the build-to-rent sector.

Short Stay Show
Fast forward to 14 March,and the Short Stay Show at ExCeL London, where you can expect to find us waxing lyrical about how Klevio can make life easier for anyone who owns or operates short-term lets.

Still time to win a trip to Ljubljana

Quick fix

Only a small app update this month – just a few bug fixes that should make your app run that bit smoother. Sit tight though, because we’re expecting bigger news over the coming months that we fully expect to go down well with all Klevio users. Stay tuned!
